Associates

We recruit candidates who have diverse professional and geographical backgrounds within the European Union, and we are interested to look at applications for the following profiles:

  • admitted trainee lawyers (“avocats”),
  • admitted qualified lawyers (“avocats à la Cour”),
  • lawyers not admitted (“juristes”).

We look for candidates which have a fundamental legal education of 4 to 5 years within the European Union, and we welcome an additional qualification in business law from an Anglo-Saxon country or another post-graduate degree. Given that we provide full services to clients locally, but advise also cross-border and internationally, we give great importance to language skills, given that a substantial part of our services are carried out in English, German and French. We also believe that is essential that the candidates demonstrate qualities which are in line with the values of our firm, and have good communication abilities in order to efficiently manage the contacts with our clients.

Internally, the trainee lawyers will rank as Junior Associates. After their final Bar exam, their status will be Associate, and generally, depending on personal development, expertise and competence, our lawyers become Senior Associates after an experience of 4 to 6 years.

If you want to make an application in relation to one of the profiles indicated above, or if you want to obtain further information, please Contact our Managing Partner or his personal assistant.
